90 Day Fiance’s Michael Eloshway’s wife pleaded with the court to not throw the book at her husband at his sentencing for possessing child pornography, In Touch can exclusively report.

Michael submitted a series of letters from family and friends ahead of his sentencing later this month.

In Touch obtained the letter written by Michael’s wife, Aziza Eloshway.

She wrote, “My name is Aziza, and I am his wife of 11 years. I have known him for over 12 years and can assure you that this conviction is not a reflection of his true character. Mike is a loving father, a caring husband, a loyal friend and, overall, a good and kind person.”

Aziza continued, “I met him in 2012, on a learning website, while I was studying English language. I am originally from Russia but moved to the United States over 11 years ago to be with Mike. We had to overcome a lot to be together and we’ve built a beautiful family over the years.”

She continued, “We have a five-year-old daughter together. Her name is Olivia and Mike is a very involved parent. She is very attached to Mike as he is a very loving and caring dad. They go on father-daughter dates all the time; they share hobbies like collecting rocks, making bread from scratch and reading books together.”

“They have their own little routines every day — he always wakes her up in the morning and he is the one that puts her to bed at night. It breaks my heart that my daughter will not have her father in the full capacity, and I know it will disturb her life greatly not having him around,” Aziza added.

“He would do anything for his daughter, and it absolutely kills him that he will have to be apart from her,” she said. “Mike is my family and the closest person that I have, and I cannot imagine my life without him.”

Aziza described Mike as a “kind soul” who “never shies away from helping anyone.”

“My family is torn apart, and I know that he has been tortured by his feelings of guilty and regret for the irresponsible mistake that he’s made,” she said. Aziza asked the judge to take her letter into consideration when determining Michael’s sentence.

As In Touch previously reported, Michael was found guilty on two charges of child pornography in July. He was found to have received, distributed and possessed illegal videos. Prosecutors asked the court to have Michael serve 17.5 to 20 years in prison.

In court documents, they described the videos found on Michael’s laptop as “sadistic.”

Michael argued that he had deleted any material he deemed illegal. Prosecutors did not buy his story.

“Of the files shared and downloaded, approximately 4,517 contained sadism and masochism,” the prosecutors said. The feds executed a search warrant at Michael’s home on May 9, 2023, after he sent videos to an undercover agent. Law enforcement seized Michael’s desktop computer. The prosecutors objected to Michael’s claims he accidentally downloaded the material. They described him as “more than just a casual observer who happened to download [illegal videos] when seeking legal pornography.”

Michael has been allowed to remain out on bond until sentencing.
