In honor of their eighth anniversary, Meghan Markle posted a series of never-before-seen photos from her and Prince Harry‘s star-studded wedding to Instagram on Tuesday, May 19.
In the sweet snaps, the newlyweds can be seen sharing a tender moment at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor and sneaking a passionate smooch on the dance floor during their reception at Frogmore House — unaware that just two years later, they would make the decision to step away from royal life.
“They’re both insisting … that things are great between them,” an insider tells In Touch. “Not a lot of people are buying that, though. There are just too many cracks showing.”
A week prior, Meghan, 44, shared shots on Instagram of her and Harry, 41, spending time with their two children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 4, at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
“Anyone who knows Harry knows how much he bristles at all these photo ops,” reveals the insider. “The fact that a private moment like a trip to Disneyland with the kids had to be shared on social media is the exact sort of thing Harry hates.”

The problem is, “it’s part of the deal if Meghan is going to promote her brand and thereby put money in the bank account,” notes the source. “They’re painted into a corner so it’s got to be done, but it’s no secret it’s going over like a lead balloon with Harry.”
Divorce rumors have long plagued the Sussexes. However, insiders say Meghan and Harry are highly unlikely to pull the trigger just yet in no small part because they can’t afford to.
“It’s no secret that money is a huge issue for them right now,” admits the insider. “They are very leveraged, trying to dismantle all of that. Plus, paying out all the legal fees for a divorce would likely bankrupt them.”
