Uh oh, it sounds like this comment is not going to go over well with Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner. While appearing on BET’s Raq Rants, Nick Cannon slammed the rapper, 26, not only for performing during the Super Bowl halftime show, but also for having a baby with the reality star, 21.

The Masked Singer host, 38, explained that the “Sicko Mode” singer has not showed that he cares about black culture. “It’s more about truly having integrity to who you are in your music, your art form, the people you choose to interact with, the people you choose to procreate with,” he said. “That decision [to have a baby with Kylie Jenner] wasn’t for the culture, but we not mad at you.”

Raquel Harper pointed out that Nick has dated white women in the past. He replied, “I love white women, let’s set the record straight. But that’s the thing, it’s cultural equity at the end of the day.”

However, the Wild ‘n Out host is not mad at Big Boi, 43, for performing at the sporting event. “I’m team Kaepernick all day … to me, I call it cultural equity. So, we’re not mad at Big Boi for being on the Super Bowl — he’s for the people. But someone like Travis Scott, he’s got to walk gingerly.”

According to Billboard, the Texas native only agreed to do the show if the NFL donated to an organization called Dream Corps, which fights for social justice.

“I back anyone who takes a stand for what they believe in,” Travis said in a statement. “I know being an artist that it’s in my power to inspire. So before confirming the Super Bowl halftime performance, I made sure to partner with the NFL on this important donation. I am proud to support Dream Corps and the work they do that will hopefully inspire and promote change.”

Us Weekly reported that artists including Rihanna turned down the halftime show in support of Colin Kaepernick. In case you missed it, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback refused to stand during the national anthem back in 2016.

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” he told NFL Media at the time. “To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way.”

Welp, we hope that this feud doesn’t escalate any further.
