On ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ NeNe Leakes is no stranger to drama. But according to a new report, the drama on the show pales in comparison to what she experiences in her private life — as her son, Bryson Bryant, was recently jailed and sent to rehab after violating his probation.
According to the legal documents obtained by 'Radar Online,' the 25-year-old totaled his silver Dodge Charger in a June 2013 crash that left two utility poles broken in half. He reportedly told the police “darkness caused him to wreck,” but the officer indicated he could smell alcohol.

Upon being taken to the hospital for leg pain, he tested positive for a BAC of .048 — well under the legal limit of .08 — but he was still charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Following the arrest, he was ordered to a year of probation and 30 days of house arrest in February 2014 — unfortunately, this wasn’t enough to keep Bryson out of trouble!

In the legal documents, it's revealed he failed to report to his probation officer on four different occasions last year. He also tested positive for cocaine when completing a drug test, refused to pay fines and skipped mandatory DUI school.
As a result, the young father, whose daughter Bri'Asia is two-years-old, was jailed for three months starting in September, only to be released two days before Thanksgiving.
And apparently he isn’t done paying his dues. According to paperwork filed on Jan. 13 of this year, he’s been ordered to check into an “intensive” rehab for six weeks.
