Hold Up, Mel B Admitted She and Geri Halliwell Had Sex: ‘We Just Giggled at It and That Was It’
Tell us what you want, what you really, really want! Apparently, it’s this tea. In an interview with Piers Morgan, Mel B revealed that she slept with fellow Spice Girl Geri Halliwell back in the day.
“There were rumors you and Geri were more than just good friends. You had a little dabble? Anything you want to share with the group?” the TV host, 53, asked Mel during his new ITV show Life Stories. The 43-year-old singer replied, “Well, not really …”
However, the English journalist couldn’t help but ask more questions about the alleged tryst. “Your book is called Brutally Honest and you are coming here to be brutally honest? Did you or didn’t you with Geri Halliwell?” he asked. “Well, what do you consider as doing it or not?” she said. “Did you sleep with her?” he bluntly questioned.
“Yeah, we all slept in a bed together but not ‘like that’ — all of us,” she confessed. Then, Piers asked her to clarify what she meant. “She’s going to hate me for this because she’s all posh in her country house and her husband,” she said. “But it’s a fact. It just happened, and we just giggled at it and that was it.”
The America’s Got Talent alum admitted that she was not in love with the red-headed beauty and the opportunity just presented itself. “We were best friends. It just happened,” she said. “It just happens one time, you talk about it, and it doesn’t really happen again. And hopefully when Geri gets asked that, which hopefully she will after this, she won’t deny it. Because it was just a fun thing.”
Melanie Chisholm a.k.a. Mel C was also in the audience for the interview and she seemed to be just as surprised as everyone else! “I don’t know anything,” she said. “This is all new to me.”
It will be interesting to see what Geri thinks about the situation, since Mel insinuated that the 46-year-old is going to “kill her” and “so is her husband.”
