Love on the Spectrum's Madison Shares Relationship Update With Tyler
Love on the Spectrum season 3 star Madison Marilla is keeping fans updated on her relationship with boyfriend Tyler White.
The Netflix star, 27, took to her Instagram page on Sunday, April 13, with a video of herself standing on a balcony as she greeted viewers with a wave and spoke about having “a lot to celebrate” between the release of Love on the Spectrum season 3, which premiered on April 2, and her relationship with Tyler, 28.
“Tyler and I are still happily in love and nearing nine months of us being together, and Tax Day [Tuesday, April 15] will mark nine months,” the reality TV personality said. “I’d like to say thank you to all the fans, along with my friends and family, who have been giving me a lot of positive support and recognition.”
Madison then leaned down to the ground to reveal a hippo toy in a graduation cap and gown, telling viewers, “He and I have a little something to celebrate with.” She pressed the stuffed animal’s paw, and it began dancing and playing the song “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang. Madison danced and sang along with the hippo with a huge smile on her face.
Fans flooded the comments with support for Madison and Tyler.
“You are such a breath of fresh air Madison! I really enjoyed watching your journey. You and your ‘cowboy sweetheart’ make a great couple!” one user wrote, while another fan added, “Yay Madison! Congratulations on nine months! So happy for you!”
“You’re so adorable Madison! I’m so happy for you and Tyler,” a third person commented.

Madison was a new face on Love on the Spectrum season 3. The Boston native was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at an early age, as well as OCD, ADHD and generalized anxiety. She revealed on the show that she finds comfort in the children’s TV show The Wiggles and Disney movies and loves collecting American Girl Dolls.
Madison met Tyler, a wedding DJ with Asperger’s syndrome, during season 3, and the pair connected right away. On their first date, Madison was impressed by Tyler’s ability to name the key of any country song she could think of. The Arkansas native ultimately declared that he wanted to become the Prince Charming to Madison’s Cinderella.
“I got butterflies and felt sparks upon meeting him,” she told Netflix’s Tudum. “When I noticed his cowboy hat and boots, I knew there would be a common interest in country music.”
The couple is already getting serious, as Madison moved from the Boston area to Plant City, Florida, to be closer to Tyler. However, it’s clear that they’re having a blast together, as she gushed about all of their fun dates to Tudum.
“For my birthday in September, Tyler took me out to the Cheesecake Factory and shopping, and he got me a new American Girl doll,” she explained. “For Tyler’s birthday in February, we went to Busch Gardens. Tyler took me to my very first rodeo, and to the Disney store, Coca-Cola store, M&M store and the American Girl store for Christmas because he knew those were all my favorite things.”
Madison continued, “At Halloween, we did trick-or-treat at our church rec center, and Tyler DJ’d the event, which will become a tradition. At Christmas, Tyler and I had our first Christmas performance together as a couple, and we sang all our favorite Christmas duets together, and performed for both our families. For Valentine’s Day, Tyler surprised me and took me to the Cheesecake Factory.”
Tyler has also had plenty of wonderful things to say about his girlfriend.
“So happy to share that @madison_marilla and I are still together,” he wrote in an April 6 Instagram post. “God said to Adam in #Genesis218 when he made Eve #ItIsNotGoodForManToBeAlone and I have prayed for years that if The Lord saw fit for me to fall in love as somebody on the Autism Spectrum he would send me a beautiful woman on the Autism Spectrum that’s a Born Again Believer of Jesus Christ with a pure heart, strong convictions, and where we can both help each other get through our obstacles and he answered the prayers of this Country Boy from Arkansas when he sent me this beautiful princess from Massachusetts, we have our differences but we work through it, we help each other through our struggles, and boy do we love going on dates together, I love you My Princess Madison.”
