While Little People, Big World star Jacob Roloff unceremoniously removed himself from the spotlight two years ago by refusing to film on his family’s popular TLC reality show, his girlfriend is also feeling the pressure from living her life through filters. Isabel Rock took to Instagram on Friday, Sept. 1 and announced that she was taking a break from social media.
“Have you ever been faced with a life changing decision? If you choose one way, your life will change drastically…but if you choose another, your life will also change drastically,” she wrote in her caption. “But which one is the ‘right’ one?! You’ve prayed, you have weighed the pros and cons. Still, your mind says one thing and your heart says another. I know, FOLLOW YOUR HEART [sic].”

Her post seemed cryptic and went on to explain that she has always been a free spirit who refuses to be tied down and whatever decision it is that she’s facing, it will be a “tough call,” because it will affect her entire future. But even though she seems to be weighed down with the pressure of her decision, she’s staying positive and she’s looking at the start of September as a “fresh start.”
” I think I’m going to start it with a social media break. Because, well, let’s face it… Scrolling my Instagram feed is not helping me any right now,” she wrote. “So, send good thoughts my way as I try to navigate this next season of life. See ya soon.”
Though it’s unclear what prompted this break, it seems like her relationship with Jacob is still going strong. The couple made an appearance at Jacob’s sister Molly Roloff’s wedding last month and back in July, he shared a super sweet tribute to his lady in an Instagram caption.” Seriously dig this girl,” he wrote. “Life with her is a gift.
