Um, Ben Affleck is hot and all, but if we had an apartment like Lindsay Shookus’, there’s no way we would give it up just to move in with him! The Saturday Night Live producer put her West 68th Street apartment in NYC on the market five days ago, according to StreetEasy, and the photos of the place are going to make you drool!
The place has five rooms that are outfitted with gorgeous herringbone wood floors, exposed beams, and washed in natural light. Her old pad costs a whopping $5,900 a month in rent, but honestly it totally looks worth it for the space and amenities. It has a 24-hour doorman and a bicycle room, too! Lindsay’s place is currently being gutted to make way for some even more spectacular changes, but the photos below show what a similar unit would look like when finished.
Life & Style reported that Ben was planning to get a place with Lindsay and live bi-coastally back in October, and it looks like they finally bit the bullet and moved in together! The source explained that “A lot of his friends think it’s too soon,” because Ben is still struggling with sobriety, but he clearly feels like now is the perfect time.
