Sticking together. Rich Dollaz recently shared a new photo with his baby mama, Miracle Kaye Hall, and their daughter, Ashley, as we prepare to get an update from the trio on season 10 of the hit VH1 reality show Love & Hip Hop: New York. Miracle has been going through a lot with her legal issues, but Rich has continued to show support every step of the way.

In the new family photo, Rich, 42, can be seen kissing their daughter’s cheek while sweetly embracing Miracle and holding her hand. “Squad!!!! @asshhlleeyy @miraclekaye,” he captioned the sentimental snap.

Just last week, the TV personality posted another photo with his baby mama. “We ride til them [sic] wheels fall off,” he wrote.

During season 9, Miracle opened up to Ashley about the charges she was facing for allegedly shooting her husband. He is still alive and reportedly did not press charges, however the state decided to proceed with the case.

“I was charged with attempted murder first, but then they dropped the charges to aggravated assault, so I [have to] go to court and we’re going to see what they’re going to offer me, but there is a possibility that I will do jail time,” she said about her legal troubles.

Ashley broke down in tears and revealed she was “reliving the whole thing,” and it devastated Miracle to put her daughter “through this.” Miracle apologized and expressed how everything got “out of hand.”

Rich even addressed how much the ordeal impacted him during another heart-wrenching scene. “I feel so powerless right now because I never thought that this Christian woman who did such an amazing job raising my daughter could be in such hot water,” he said.

“This is really scary,” Rich admitted in the confessional, before trying to convince her to get an attorney instead of a public defender. “Of course, I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that she doesn’t go to jail,” he later declared.

The music executive also mentioned how important it is for Miracle to get the best legal team she could for the sake of their daughter and the other two children that she has.

As of now, it’s unknown if Miracle’s trial date has passed yet or if she was able to settle and stay out of jail, but we will likely get an update during season 10 of LHHNY.

We’ll have to wait and see how Rich and Miracle react on the upcoming episodes.

The new season of Love & Hip Hop: New York premieres on December 16 at 8/7c!
