Going for It! Lena Dunham Leans in for a Kiss With Brad Pitt at the ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ Premiere

Pucker up! Lena Dunham tried to plant a smooch on heartthrob Brad Pitt at the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Premiere, but honestly, who wouldn’t?!

On Wednesday, July 31, the cast gathered on the red carpet for the London premiere of the new Quentin Tarantino flick. Looks like Lena, 33, was trying to cozy up next to her hunky costar, 55. While wearing an orange sequin and maroon feathered gown, the Girls creator was photographed with her arms around Brad and clearly aiming for a kiss on the lips. Brad appeared to ignore the gesture and did not make eye contact with the actress.

Lena has raved about her role in the film and working with the studly actor. On Friday, July 26, she took to Twitter writing, “It’s not every day I get to wear a Mumu, go barefoot, flirt with #BradPitt and join a cult … as a job.” The star continued to promote the film stating, “Today @OnceInHollywood comes out. Get thee to the theatre to see this gem of cinematic history.” At the Hollywood premiere, Brad also gushed over the film and his iconic acting career. “I feel like I won the lotto. So, I’m going to keep going as long as they’ll have me,” he said.

The actress continued to share some pictures from the movie of her rocking a boho vibe, and of course, her character giving her castmate some #hearteyes. Maybe she wasn’t really acting — it’s clearly impossible to not swoon over his charm.

Lena has opened up about relationships struggles following her six-year romance with Jack Antonoff. The two split back in 2017 and that following May she told Vogue that she will “die alone.” As for Brad, he has been riding solo since his high-profile divorce from Angelina Jolie in 2016. We are not so sure a “Bradena” will surface. Sorry, girl!
