Orders for the lip kits — which hit the market just before the holidays and sold out in a matter of minutes — are still backed up, leaving buyers waiting … and waiting … to achieve the perfect Jenner pout for quite some time now.

The website for the product helpfully explains that "#TheLipKitbyKylie is now sold out!" but assures customers that "successful" orders placed by November 30 have been shipped. So why haven't many buyers actually gotten them, then?
