Kylie Jenner was hit with a lawsuit by one of her former housekeepers who claims she was discriminated against.
Angelica Vasquez, a woman who claims to be Jenner’s former housekeeper, claimed in court documents obtained by TMZ that she started working for the reality star in September 2024. She began working in Jenner’s Beverly Hills home before relocating to the reality star’s Hidden Hills mansion, and reported to a woman named Elsi and the head housekeeper, Patsy.
According to Vasquez’s filing, she was “treated with hostility and exclusion during her time working for Jenner. She also alleged that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by her colleagues.
Vasquez also accused her co-workers of belittling and humiliating her because of her race, nationality, and religious beliefs, TMZ reported.
“Catholics are horrible people,” she was allegedly told, per the court filing.

Vasquez claimed in her filing that she’s suffered “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” and anxiety, due to the treatment she received from her colleagues.
Sources close to the Kylie Cosmetics founder, 28, told TMZ that Vasquez had “attendance issues, among other workplace concerns.”
Though she quit in August 2025, the former employee is seeking damages for unpaid wages and emotional distress.
