Kylie Jenner Breaks Her Silence On Travis Scott Split: ‘We’re On Great Terms’

She’s got the last word. Kylie Jenner responded to reports that she and her baby daddy, Travis Scott, broke up. The KUWTK star took to Twitter on October 3 to share her version of the story. “Travis and I are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi‼️” the 22-year-old wrote on social media. “Our friendship and our daughter is priority.”

Additionally, she touched on reports that she has been hanging out with ex-boyfriend Tyga. “The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is. There was no ‘2am date with Tyga,'” she added. “You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at.”

On October 1, a source confirmed to In Touch that the couple was “just taking a break.” The insider revealed, “It’s not a full-on split. It wasn’t that long ago that Kylie was talking about having another baby with Travis, so this comes as a shock.”

The same day, another source also revealed to IT that the reality star’s family really hopes the pair sorts out their situation sooner rather than later. “Everyone is hoping that it’s just temporary,” the insider explained. “I do know that Travis doesn’t always want to be in that whirlwind public spotlight of the Kardashian and Jenner drama so maybe something happened.”

Fans and followers definitely had some questions when the makeup mogul recently attended a friend’s big wedding solo on September 30. “Travis not attending Justin [Bieber] and Hailey [Baldwin]’s wedding with Kylie did raise some eyebrows. Kylie definitely wasn’t happy about that,” the source revealed. “Travis is very mellow, he isolates sometimes, maybe it was all just getting to him and he decided not to go.”

All in all, despite the familial support, things may just be at the end of the road for the practically legendary couple. “I know that Kris [Jenner] loves Travis, and she would have told Kylie not to do anything drastic,” the insider revealed. “But if you piss Kylie off enough she’ll say and do things to get back at you, and Travis isn’t one to stand around and take it.”

Luckily, the family structure they’ve created for their sweet daughter, Stormi Webster, will seemingly go unchanged, no matter what happens between the duo. “They love Stormi, so don’t expect Travis to be gone for long,” the source dished. “He cherishes that little girl, nothing can keep him away from her.”
