Kris Jenner Feels ‘Stuck in the Middle’ After Corey Gamble’s Comments: ‘Her Grandkids Are Off Limits’

Trouble in paradise? Not quite, although Kris Jenner isn’t exactly thrilled with her boyfriend Corey Gamble‘s comments on “spanking.” He and Scott Disick got into a heated exchange after Corey alluded to getting physical with his daughter Penelope, 7.

“Of course Kris feels like she’s stuck in the middle, but what else is new?” a source revealed exclusively to In Touch about the altercation. “Kris trusts Corey, she’s not upset with him, but she did tell him to chose his words more carefully, and a good rule to follow is that her grandkids are off limits.”

In a sneak peek of the Sunday, September 22, episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Scott lost it on the momager’s boyfriend when he spoke about punishing P. “I am shocked about last night,” Kourtney Kardashian said in her confessional in the clip. Kourtney, 40, Kim Kardashian, Scott, Corey, Kris and Jonathan Cheban were seated at the dinner table when Corey, 38, said, “If P[enelope] scratch me, I’m whipping her ass.”

In response, the Flip It Like Disick star, 36, fumed, “My daughter?” while Corey fired back, “Give her a spanking for sure.”

“My little daughter?!” Scott shouted, to which Corey replied bluntly, “Whippin’ is that discipline.”

Ultimately, Scott stood up for his family. “Don’t ever talk about a child like that!” he yelled, but Corey became even more angry and shouted, “Motherf–ker, what you talking about?”

Luckily, there doesn’t seem to be *too* much bad blood between them now. The same source noted, “Scott doesn’t like letting anyone get in his lane, and that’s exactly what he feels Corey did to him.” They continued, “Scott likes Corey, he likes that he looks out for Kris and the family’s best interest, but he didn’t appreciate him sticking his two cents in where it didn’t belong. Corey saying that his daughter Penelope might need a ‘whipping’ was the wrong thing to say. Scott lost it and for good reason.”

At the end of the day, they’ll simply agree to disagree. “He feels that Corey crossed the line and he told him so,” the insider concluded. “He knows what Corey meant, but still, it’s not something you say, especially about someone else’s kids. Corey listened and they’ve since moved on, but Scott won’t forget it.”
