Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar Accused Of “Shunning” Jinger During Trip to Magnolia Market

Hmm… are Jinger Duggar's parents giving her the cold shoulder? Jim Bob and Michelle recently posted a sweet snap at Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Market, but fans were distracted by the fact that they were in the same state as their daughter — and possibly didn't pay her a visit. Although there's no proof that the duo didn't make the five-hour trek to meet up with the soon-to-be mama and her hubby, Jeremy Vuolo, one person in particular couldn't help but speculate. Of course, there's reason to believe Jim Bob isn't exactly thrilled with the 24-year-old. These days, his "rebel" daughter has been rockin' everything from heels and mini skirts to ripped jeans and sneakers — all major no-nos in the conservative Duggar household. Previously, Jinger and her sisters Jana, Jill, and Jessa explained their style in their book, Growing Up Duggar. "We do not dress modestly because we are ashamed of the body God has given us; quite the contrary. We realize that our body is a special gift from God and that He intends for it to be shared only with our future husband"… and now the rest of the world!

Plus, there's been some tension between the Duggar patriarch and Jeremy too. Remember that time Jim Bob sat the preacher down to tell him he should get a second job to support Jing's "thrift shopping" addiction? Yeah, we couldn't forget either…

But we also have a hard time believing the duo would shut out their daughter — especially just months before her first child is due. The reality star — who is expecting baby No. 1 in July — recently admitted she's not at all prepared for their baby's arrival. "At this point we haven't done too much prep," she told Us Weekly in March. "Now that I'm halfway through my pregnancy, we haven't really collected anything. A friend of ours had some stuff they were getting rid of, so that was really nice because they were able to give us baby swings and things like that that we needed, but we haven't started on anything as far as prep for the baby." Well, perhaps her parents did hang out with the star to help her prepare for their 11th (or 12th!) grandchild.
