Jill Duggar Opens up About Josh Duggar, Three Years After Scandal

It's been three years since Josh Duggar confessed to multiple acts of sexual molestation against four of his sisters and a babysitter and unleashed a whole backlog of Duggar scandals. Now, Jill Duggar, is speaking out. The former Counting On star opened up in the comments section of her Instagram on Wednesday, May 2 after a hater slammed her latest post. Yet this isn't the first time the 26-year-old discussed her brother's shocking behavior. Back in 2015, Jill broke down in front of TLC cameras and revealed that she, as a victim of sexual abuse, had suffered. "Everybody makes their own decisions and everybody makes their own choices, but they're not the only ones who suffer the consequences. Everyone around 'em does."

She added that she didn't think it was fair that she and her sister, Jessa Duggar, spoke openly about the scandal with Megyn Kelly but didn't know at the time that Josh had also cheated on his wife. "Derick [Dillard] and I talked about how, earlier this year, when Jessa and I were talking with Megyn Kelly, we wanted to come out and say the truth. And I feel like we did that. And looking back, I still would've done that; I still would've said the truth about what happened, but knowing now what Joshua was hiding, I feel like, you know, it wasn't right for him to let us speak our words without having the full knowledge of what he was hiding."

In an interview with In Touch exclusively, stripper and porn star Danica Dillon revealed she had sex not once, but on two separate occasions with Josh Duggar, both occurring when his wife, Anna, was pregnant with their fourth child. "He walked into the Gold Club like a normal patron and said he'd been a fan for a long time and has watched my career grow — he even said from before my boob job until recently — and that he loved watching my very first scene on [an adult website]," she told us at the time. "Then it got creepy."

After watching her show and "eyeballing me," Danica says he bought $600 in private dances and then "asked me how would he be able to spend the evening with me." She revealed to In Touch that Josh was violent with her when they had sex, he did not use protection, and he gave her thousands of dollars after their encounters.

"He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll," said Danica, whose real name is Ashley Lewis. And although the sex was consensual, "It was very traumatic. I've had rough sex before, but this was terrifying."

Jessa shared her thoughts on the matter in the same clip with Jill and said, "I mean it was one thing months before when we looked back on the situation that happened when he was a teenager and saying, 'That was so long ago.' But here's something present day, like today. This is an issue that's happening right now." She continued, "In the other situation, we had already brought closure to that. That was something of the past. But for sure, it was really difficult to come to grips with that."
