Farrah Abraham Reveals Ex Boyfriend Simon Saran is “Kind of Unstable” on ‘Teen Mom OG’
During Monday's episode of Teen Mom OG, Farrah Abraham gets candid about her on-and-off relationship with Simon Saran.
After realizing Simon wasn't on the star's guest list for her Miami birthday bash, Farrah's father Michael asked of his whereabouts, to which she responded, “I can’t believe the person who I was trying to have a good relationship with really turned out to be someone who is kind of unstable.”

Farrah and Simon previously discussed their "toxic relationship" with therapist Dr. Jenn Mann, and its effect on the teen mom's daughter Sophia. Further, Simon underwent major backlash after sharing intimate photos of the 25-year-old.
In Touch recently caught up with Farrah, and the reality star confirms she and Simon are just good friends — at the moment.
