Bunnie Xo has called it quits with husband Jelly Roll, and now fans have a theory that she is seeing another famous musician.
On Wednesday, May 27, the Dumb Blonde podcast host, 46 (real name: Alisa DeFord), posted a video on Instagram of her and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger hugging and chatting backstage, writing, “The moment I finally got to be back in his arms.” The clip was set to the band’s 2003 song “Figured You Out.”
“Swoon,” Bunnie captioned the video along with a heart-eye emoji.

Then, on Monday, June 15, Bunnie posted a video lip-syncing to Nickelback’s 2001 track “How You Remind Me,” hours before TMZ broke the news that Jelly Roll, 41 (real name: Jason DeFord), filed for divorce from Bunnie.
On Tuesday, June 16, TMZ revealed the country star listed the date of separation as Saturday, May 9, and filed for divorce on Monday, May 18.
Fans took to the comment sections of both videos, speculating that Bunnie and Kroeger, 51 — who was married to Avril Lavigne from 2013 to 2015 — had struck up a romance.

“Hmm maybe they have been dating now that it was mentioned divorce,” one person theorized. “She said swoon (soon) be back in his arms.”
“God, I hope Chad Kroeger wasn’t the reason for the divorce,” a second admitted.
“She’s been seeing Chad from Nickleback, people! *hints the song,” a third wrote.
Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll tied the knot in 2016 and have spoken openly about their relationship troubles over the years.

“One of the worst moments of my adulthood was when I had an affair on my wife,” the “Need a Favor” hitmaker confessed on an October episode of the Human School podcast. “Because it was the first time that I was like, ‘I really can’t get this right at all, like, I know I’m in love with this woman.’ It just really, really, really blew me back.”
“And I did a lot of work to repair that relationship. The repair has been special,” he added. “And we’re stronger than we could have ever been.”
