The 49-year-old songstress posted a picture of herself looking beyond fit after almost completing a 10-day challenge of not eating sugar or carbs. She was all bronzed up and showed off her toned stomach and ripped arms in an all pink workout outfit and matching beanie. She looked gorgeous, as always.

The 49-year-old music icon didn’t hide any of his feelings. In case you forgot, the two artists dated from 1999 to 2001. Although they were together for two years, their relationship couldn’t handle the legal drama the rapper was going through after a nightclub shooting.

The brunette beauty’s current boyfriend, A. Rod, added, “Lucky me,” with a slew of emojis, including a red heart. We’re not saying these guys are in competition, but the 43-year-old former baseball player made his presence known.

Fans were having a little fun in the comments. “Sorry [Diddy], but [A. Rod] is the only thing [J. Lo] is waiting for tonight,” one person responded. Someone else added, “Definitely messed up letting her go!” Another fan quipped, “The thirst is real!
