Well, this is certainly good news for Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska and hubby Cole DeBoer. According to a new report from Radar Online, a judge has reportedly sided with the mother-of-two when it comes to her long, drawn-out court battle with ex Adam Lind in regards to their daughter Aubree. The new agreement allegedly states that the bi-monthly visits Adam had with the eight-year-old will now be with his mother.

“One weekend a month Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday,” the Clerk of Court for Lincoln County said. “Adam may not be present when Aubree is with Donna [Adam’s mom].” In addition to the bi-monthly meetings, it was revealed that Adam’s mom could have lunch with her granddaughter at school on Tuesdays. Since Chelsea already began distancing her daughter from Adam, like by changing Aubree’s last name to Lind-DeBoer, this ruling is pretty unsurprising for fans. Not to mention, Adam was recently charged with four counts of domestic assault, so a change to the custody agreement was expected. Radar Online revealed the scary circumstances behind Adam’s assault against his ex-girlfriend.
“He did attempt to cause bodily injury to another and had the actual ability to cause the injury,” the papers explaining the first count against him reportedly read. The second count claims Adam “did recklessly cause bodily injury to another.” Another count charges him with “attempting by physical menace or credible threat to put another in fear of imminent bodily harm, with or without the actual ability to harm the other person.” Lastly, he’s allegedly charged with “intentionally causing bodily harm to another, which did not result in serious bodily injury.”
Besides assault, Adam has had issues with drug use, testing positive for meth last spring. According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Adam had more than 300 ng/ml of amphetamine and 800 ng/ml of methamphetamine detected in his system. Since then, Chelsea has been working tirelessly to keep her daughter away from Adam — and now, it looks like she may finally be getting the family life she’s been hoping for.
