Judge Reportedly Decides the Kardashians Aren’t to Blame for Blac Chyna’s Show Getting Cancelled

It's not looking good for Blac Chyna! She blamed the famous family for the cancellation of her E! reality TV series Rob & Chyna, but now a judge seems to believe that there's no reason to consider the family responsible. According to TMZ, the judge is leaning toward throwing out that particular part of the suit. Basically, the contract Chyna signed gave E! the right to cancel her show at any time for any reason, so even if Kris and the klan did strong-arm them into firing her, she can't sue.

The Kardashian family first responded to Rob Kardashian's ex after she filed a defamation and harassment lawsuit against the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars in December 2017. They asked the judge to toss out the case. According to TMZ, the Kardashians claimed that Chyna only has herself to blame for the cancelation and that their defamation allegations about her parenting skills are true. At this point, Chyna could still press on with the defamation suit, and she always has the option to amend now that part of her plan won't pan out.

However, the attack in court was no surprise, as sources told In Touch exclusively that Rob, Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian, who are named in the suit, are not backing down. “They view her lawsuit as simply another attempt to get more money from the family," the insider said.

Chyna's feud with the Kardashian family dates back to 2014 when Tyga allegedly left his ex-fiancée and baby mama — they share five-year-old son King Cairo together — for Kylie Jenner. Fans were shocked when Chyna and Rob started dating in January 2016, got engaged, and welcomed their first baby together — 13-month-old daughter Dream — but Chy's intentions were exposed when her phone was hacked in December which led to one of their many breakups, after text messages allegedly revealed her plan to have a baby with Rob so that she can legally change her name and become an official Kardashian. The couple split for good in 2017, shortly before Rob went on a revenge porn attack on Chy over the summer.

Her plan did work, in part — after a long, drawn-out legal battle, Rob was awarded 50/50 custody over Dream but he was also ordered to pay Chyna $20,000 a month in child support, but all of that could change. An eyewitness revealed to In Touch that they walked in on Chyna and her friends in the bathroom during the iGo.Live app party on July 26 at the Beverly Wilshire. One of her pals took out a baggie of white powder out and poured the substance out on the counter, according to the witness, and then “Chyna snorted it.”
