Alli Dore is sharing the results of her recent plastic surgery.
TheBelow Deck Sailing Yachtalum, 38, took to Instagram on Tuesday, July 28, to open up about the dramatic rib recontouring procedure, in which she reshaped her ribs to cinch her waist.
Dore, who flew to Bali for the surgery, posted before-and-after pics of her torso, noting she was almost halfway through her recovery period.
Sharing pics of both her front and back, the former Bravo star posed in a swimsuit as she showed off her noticeably smaller waist.
“Just under halfway at 5.5 weeks out of 12 and already convinced this is the best thing I’ve done,” Dore wrote. “Thank you to the @_snatchedwaist team for making this such a positive experience!”
While Dore was overjoyed by the results, not all of her followers shared the same sentiment, with some taking to the comments section to slam the Australian reality TV personality for getting the procedure.
“I’m so sorry u felt u needed to do this to yourself, I admired u from the first time I saw u on BD but this looks painful and so unnecessary for such a beautiful woman. 🤗 Not hating on u just concerned xo,” one wrote, with another adding, “I appreciate this is everyone’s choice but like any surgical procedure risk should be acknowledged. Especially when advertising to young women.”

Dore first revealed she was undergoing the procedure last month alongside a group of fellow ex-reality stars who partnered with Snatched Waist — the Indonesian-based surgery company, advertised as offering “the ultimate hourglass surgery.”
According to Snatched Waist, the corseted look is achieved through liposuction around the waist, using ultrasound to fracture and reshape the lower ribs, followed by wearing a corset during recovery to help hold the ribs in their new position. The total cost of the procedure is $14,870.
“I partnered with @_snatchedwaist and flew to Sanur, Bali to have the waist-cinching procedure done, which is a minimally invasive ultrasound-guided softening of the waist area followed by 12 weeks in a corset to cinch your waist in,” she wrote in the June Instagram post.
“After having a baby, I had rib flare, and I’ve always wanted an hourglass waist, so I was excited for this procedure,” Dore, who welcomed son River, 4, with boyfriend Benny Thompson, in August 2021, added.
In a video shared alongside the post, Dore made clear that the post was not done as a “PR stunt,” and shared that the procedure was not only minimally invasive but also took 45 minutes, with Dore and the other reality stars who partnered with Snatched Waist staying at a five-star hotel to recover.
While Dore is active on social media, she only spent one season on the Bravo series, working as a 3rd stewardess on Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 in 2021, which was set in Croatia. She is now based in Australia and works as an influencer.
