For perhaps the first time in his life, Adam Lind will finally be seeing consequences for his actions.
He is currently in danger of losing custody of his younger daughter, two-year-old Paislee, after her mother Taylor Halbur filed a motion with the court following news that he failed a court-mandated, unannounced drug test (which was requested as part of his custody agreement with Taylor).

In the court documents filed by Taylor, she reveals that Teen Mom 2’s resident bad boy tested positive for “substantial” amounts of amphetamines and methamphetamines before he was due to spend time with the toddler, who Taylor is now arguing has behavioral problems which require counseling.
She also shared details about a time that she went to pick up Paislee after a visit with Adam and she found her little girl alone with no adult supervision. She said after repeatedly knocking on the door with no answer, she decided to let herself in.
“I finally saw Adam and he advised me he had just woken up from a nap,” her statement read, according to Radar Online. “I understand he was sleeping in his bedroom away from Paislee. I did not see any other adult around at the time.”
“Plaintiff is unable to be a responsible adult and rise to a parent that can put Paislee’s interest first,” read the document, which was filed back in January.
Although Taylor asked the court to change his custody so that he can only have supervised visitation with their daughter, the courts have yet to modify their arrangement.

Adam’s agreement with his first baby mama, Chelsea Houska, when it comes to seven-year-old Aubree hasn’t changed; he will still be allowed supervised visitation as long as Aubs’ paternal grandparents are present.
The 27-year-old has yet to address his latest scandal; Taylor and Chelsea have also been suspiciously quiet, though neither baby mama had anything to say abou the father of their children on Father’s Day. Chelsea did, however, call out both her father Randy and her husband, Cole, for the tremendous roles they play in both her and Aubree’s lives!
Prior to failing his drug test, Adam had joint custody with Taylor for little Pais.
