Natalie Mordovtseva Underwent Nose Surgery on ’90 Day Fiance’

Natalie documented her journey to undergo a nose polyp surgery, a procedure to remove the growths in the lining of her nasal passages and/or sinuses.

“I’ve been having a lot of breathing problems since I came to America. I couldn’t sleep normally. I slept like few hours and I would wake up in panic attacks because it just keep coming, some liquid. And it causes me a lot of pain. So I have to have surgery for them to figure out what’s going on,” Natalie, 35, said in her confessional on the June 2021 episode of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.

The catch was that the Ukraine native went on to reveal that she already had a date for her nose surgery but she hadn’t yet told her now-estranged husband, Mike Youngquist. She revealed the news to him while they were having dinner at her friend Juliana’s house, whom Mike was meeting for the first time. While Mike reacted in a supportive way during the dinner, the couple got into a big fight once they returned home and he insisted that they work on their communication because he felt Natalie was making important decisions without him.

However, their issues went deeper than communication over Natalie’s surgery. In Touch exclusively reported in March 2021 that Mike and Natalie split after less than one year of marriage.

Natalie Mordovtseva Reveals Cosmetic Surgery Procedures

The Ukraine native is no stranger to plastic surgery. During the 90 Day Fiancé season 8 tell-all in April 2021, Natalie revealed she previously had a cosmetic procedure done for fillers in her lips, but she didn’t like the results. She also expressed her desire to get a nose job. That same month, she announced that she had gotten “laser lipo” on her “chin, stomach and waist.”

In January 2023, Natalie sparked rumors that she had undergone a nose job when she posted a selfie via Instagram. “Did you get a nose job? If so, you look amazing!” one fan commented. Another follower wrote, “New nose who dis? It turned out great!”

However, other fans speculated that Natalie was just using an Instagram filter that altered her appearance.

A few months later, the TLC alum appeared on “The Sarah Fraser Show” in May 2023 where she said she never had a nose job or plastic surgery despite what viewers think. 

“My nose is natural, my boobs are real,” she told host Sarah Fraser during the May 8, 2023, episode. “I have lost weight but I am not on Ozempic. I work out like up to 3hrs a day. I don’t eat sugar, sugar will make you fat!”
