Colt Johnson shared a life update during his appearance on season 6 of 90 Day Diaries, revealing that he now resides in Morgan, Utah, after leaving behind his digs in Reno, Nevada. In Touch rounds up everything you need to know.

“Two weeks ago I left Reno to live in Utah with my mother’s brother, John, on his farm. It’s been a hard life recently and I really just needed a fresh start,” Colt said during episode 6 of 90 Day Diaries, which aired on April 28, 2025.

John was supportive of the change, telling Colt, “You’re working hard, and I think you’re reclaiming your life.”

During the latest episode, Colt said that he had not been in communication with his mother, Debra “Debbie” Johnson, and had not informed her that he is working on the farm.

Colt admitted they were estranged, revealing he had not spoken to his mom since the 90 Day: The Single Life tell-all two years ago, although they do text occasionally.

90 Day Fiance’s Colt Says His Mom Didn’t Know About His Split From Vanessa

The TLC personality dropped another bombshell on the latest episode, confessing that he had not even told Debbie that he and estranged wife Vanessa Guerra separated.

John suggested that Colt make time to visit Debbie, which he considered.

“My mother has invited me more than once to go visit her in Canada, but I have yet to take her up on that offer. I was just trying to build my own distance between us, but now I feel like I need my mother. I need to see her,” he explained.

Later in the episode, Colt said that he booked a ticket to see his mother and her boyfriend, Tony Starcevich, who are still going strong.

90 Day Fiance’s Colt Will Be Appearing on a New TLC Spinoff

While fans get to see the latest of Colt’s journey unfold on 90 Day Diaries, there is even more ahead as he will be appearing on an all-new dating series called 90 Day: Hunt for Love.

As In Touch previously reported, Colt’s ex Vanessa was introduced during season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in June 2020.

Although he initially claimed their relationship was on a friendship basis while still dating former flame Jess Caroline, the truth surrounding the nature of his and Vanessa’s connection was revealed during the tell-all in October 2020.

Vanessa and Colt got married in Reno, Nevada, in February 2021, In Touch learned prior to their split. She confirmed they called it quits in March 2024.

The year before, Vanessa revealed in July 2023 that she and Colt were supposed to appear on the spinoff 90 Day: The Last Resort, which documents couples as they make a last-ditch effort to fix their relationship issues and decide if they want to recommit at the end of the show.

However, they were kicked off after Colt underwent three surgeries to repair a broken leg and torn meniscus following an injury sustained while filming a scene on a trampoline in December 2022.

90 Day Fiance’s Colt Was Married to Larissa Before He Wed Vanessa

Prior to exchanging vows with Vanessa, Colt last got married to ex-wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima in June 2018 and they were together for seven months.

He filed for divorce in January 2019 and the exes made it final in April of that year.
