Virginia Giuffre Car Crash Accident Update on Prince Andrew Accuser 2432
Virginia Giuffre claimed she only had “days to live” after being involved in a car crash near her home in Western Australia. In Touch has updates on Prince Andrew‘s accuser’s condition as well as controversy surrounding the accident.
What Happened to Virginia Giuffre?
Giuffre revealed she’d been in a high-speed car accident involving a school bus on March 30, 2025, sharing an Instagram photo of her badly bruised face while in the hospital.
“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 60 mph as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” Giuffre continued. “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S–t in one hand and wish in the other and I guarantee it’s still going to be s–t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life.”

Australian Police Said There Were ‘No Injuries’ in Virginia Giuffre’s Car Accident
Police confirmed to the West Australian that the accident occurred on the afternoon of March 24, 2025, in a rural town north of Perth, Australia. The spokesperson said that “no reported injuries as a result of the crash,” which “was reported by the bus driver the following day.”
The spokesperson said the car involved “sustained approximately $2,000 worth of damage.”
Virginia Giuffre Admitted Herself to the Hospital
“The police were called but said there was no one available to come to the scene. They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital,” Giuffre’s spokeswoman, Dini von Mueffling, told The Independent on April 1, 2025.
The spokeswoman explained that the bus driver left the scene and promised to file a police report, as they had a busload “full of distraught children” following the accident.
Giuffre’s spokesperson said the accident left her “banged up and bruised” and that she initially went home. She admitted herself to the hospital after her “condition worsened,” von Mueffling told the outlet, adding that she was hospitalized in “serious condition.”
Virginia Giuffre Accused Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein of Sex Crimes
Giuffre accused Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her when she was underage, alleging that they had met through the prince’s connection to late billionaire sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Giuffre also alleged she was a victim of sex trafficking by the late financier and his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, when she was a teenager. Epstein was awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges when he died by suicide in August 2019 in a New York City jail.
Maxwell was sentenced by a federal judge to 240 months in prison in June 2022 “for her role in a scheme to sexual exploit and abuse multiple minor girls,” the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York said at the time.

Virginia Giuffre Sued Prince Andrew and Reached a Settlement
Giuffre filed a lawsuit against the royal in August 2021, accusing him of forcing to have sex with him three times.
“I am holding Prince Andrew accountable for what he did to me. The powerful and rich are not exempt from being held responsible for their actions. I hope that other victims will see that it is possible not to live in silence and fear, but to reclaim one’s life by speaking out and demanding justice,” she told People at the time.
Andrew vehemently denied her accusations, but settled out of court with Giuffre for an undisclosed sum in 2022 before the case went to trial.
The Duke of York subsequently lost his royal patronages and was stripped of his military titles and the use of His Royal Highness by his mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, following the scandal. He has since retired from public life as a working member of the British royal family.
