Congrats are in order for Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell! The Teen Mom OG stars just celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary — although they’ve been together for a total of 12 years. Yes, 12! Can you say, #RelationshipGoals?! Watch the video below to see Tyler’s adorable tribute to Cate.

Over the weekend, the couple — who placed their daughter Carly, now 8, for adoption — got to visit their eldest little girl with their other daughter, Nova, 2. On Aug. 18, Tyler tweeted, “On the plane to go see Carly for the first time in two years. Can’t wait to see her and Novalee together. Warms my heart just thinking about it.” Earlier in the month, Cate also took to social media to express her excitement. She wrote, “Sooo I get to see Carly this Aug!!! We are so excited and I cannot wait for Nova to see her again!!!” Adorable!
The parents, both 25, opted for an open adoption, meaning the biological and adoptive families have access to each other’s personal information and have the option to contact one another and even meet face-to-face. However, Catelynn and Tyler don’t get to see Carly often. She was adopted by Brandon and Teresaa at birth, and fans witnessed the reality stars getting frustrated on the show because they were denied visits, most recently last year. Cate said, “Are we done having visits with Carly forever? Until she’s 18 I’ll hear nothing from her? It is f–king frustrating because I was 16 years old when I made this decision.”

So are the Baltierra’s done having kids? Not yet! In an interview with People in April, Catelynn said, “To all the people who are freaking out because they want me and Tyler to have more babies, we will one day… I’m definitely still on birth control.” We’re so happy for the happy couple —
