Tory Lanez’s estranged wife, Raina Chassagne, was issued a stern warning by a L.A. divorce court judge days after the rapper was hit with a restraining order by Megan Thee Stallion, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the judge presiding over the divorce pointed out that Raina had yet to serve Tory, 32, with the legal paperwork.
Raina filed for divorce in June 2024 after less than one year of marriage.
In her filing, she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. In her paperwork, Raina listed the date of marriage as June 25, 2023.

Tory kept the marriage a secret from the public, and it was not known about until the divorce was filed.
Raina told the court the date of separation was June 1, 2024. She asked the court to award her primary legal and physical custody of their 6-year-old son.
Tory, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion after a 2020 party.
Tory was found guilty of three charges of negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying an unregistered gun.
The rapper filed an appeal of the sentence but remains incarcerated at the California Correctional Institution.
In the divorce case, the judge warned Raina that if she did not move the case forward or provide a proof of service, she could be fined, and the case will be dismissed. A hearing has been set for June where Raina will be required to update the court on the status of the case.
Aside from the divorce drama, Tory was recently hit with a restraining order by Megan Thee Stallion.

Back in January, Megan, 29, filed a petition for a restraining order in which she accused Tory of harassing her from jail. She claimed the rapper was working with a series of bloggers to spread lies about her.
Megan accused Tory of “psychological warfare” against her that caused her to suffer depression.
“[Tory] is fully aware of the impact of the psychological warfare he has waged against [Megan], yet he continues to deputize his supporters to attack [Megan’s] character and integrity,” Megan’s filing read.
She claimed Tory was trying to ruin her reputation as part of his efforts to win his appeal. Megan asked that the court issue an order prohibiting Tory from harassing her or attempting to intimidate her.
In response, Tory scoffed at the restraining order request.
His legal team claimed Megan, “has improperly decided to use the Los Angeles County civil court to file a frivolous request for civil harassment restraining order against [Tory], who has had zero direct contact with [Megan].” “When celebrity with millions of dollars and backed by large corporation disagrees with free speech or opinions, they weaponize the justice system, failing to understand that they are public figures, who voluntarily catapulted themselves into the limelight, unable to deal with the controversy and public opinions,” Tory’s lawyer wrote.
Megan’s lawyer responded via a statement to People reading, “It is delusional that a felon convicted of a violent crime for shooting a victim, and then further harassing her, is even contesting a request for a protective order and we are confident the court will act to protect the victim.”
At a hearing, despite his efforts to dismiss Megan’s petition, a judge granted Megan’s request for a restraining order and ordered Tory to stay 100 yards away from her and cease any harassment.
According to the official records, Tory is eligible for parole in May 2029.
