Teresa Giudice Plans to Open Restaurant (EXCLUSIVE)
In Touch has learned that Teresa Giudice, 43, plans to open a restaurant once she’s done with house arrest in February.
“It will keep her busy while Joe [her husband, who’s due to begin his 41-month prison sentence in March] is away,” a source explains. “She learned about running a big kitchen while in prison and thinks she could incorporate that into her story line for the show.”

The source also notes that Teresa is considering different locations around the Garden State and thinks her time behind bars will be a benefit.
“Teresa is determined to make something positive out of her experience,” the source says of the best-selling cookbook author.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was released from prison on Dec. 23 after serving 11 months on fraud charges.
