Kailyn is the proud mother to seven children. She welcomed baby No. 1, son Isaac, in 2010, followed by sons Lincoln in 2013, Lux in 2017 and Creed in 2020.

Her first pregnancy was featured during a 2010 episode of 16 and Pregnant, while fans watched Kailyn raise her four eldest kids on the network.

The former reality star welcomed her fifth child, son Rio, in November 2022.

While Kailyn originally kept quiet about her fifth pregnancy, she let the news of her son’s birth slip during a July 2023 “Baby Mamas No Drama” podcast episode featuring Aurora Culpo.

“I actually watched — I first came across your show [when] I was in the hospital having one of my kids,” the Pennsylvania native told her guest. “The first episode that I saw was, I believe, you told your parents that you were, maybe, separating or divorcing and then one of your sisters was going to watch your kids.”

Fans quickly pointed out that Aurora’s reality show, The Culpo Sisters, premiered in November 2022, which is likely when Kailyn gave birth to baby No. 5.

Kailyn and her boyfriend, Elijah Scott, seemingly soft launched their son when they were photographed having dinner with friends, which was shared by Teen Mom fanpage Teen Mom Chatter on September 19. Elijah was seen holding a baby in his arms as the group sat around a hibachi grill.

The TV personality eventually broke her silence about the “traumatic” experience of welcoming Rio during the October 13 episode of her “Barely Famous” podcast. “He had to go right to the NICU,” she recalled. “I literally got to hold him for maybe three seconds before they took him to the NICU.”

She added that she was “so upset” during the delivery process, though noted that Elijah remained calm. “When I asked him the other day, he was like, ‘You were freaking out and we didn’t have time with him, so I didn’t have a chance to cry and process my son being born because you were so upset,” she said.

Just two weeks after opening up about Rio’s birth, Kailyn confirmed that she and Elijah were expecting twins. In early November 2023, it was reported that she had given birth to another son and her first daughter. Although Kail didn’t comment on the babies’ births, she did share her gender reveal with fans later that month, confirming that her twins were a boy and a girl.

Kailyn finally opened up about having the twins in January 2024. On an episode of her podcast, she shared that the babies were born at 35 weeks via C-section. Although the MTV alum admittedly did not want to have a C-section, she said she had to because one of the babies was breached. She did not share their names or reveal their exact birthdate.

Kailyn shares her six kids with four different men.

Jo Rivera, whom Kailyn dated from 2008 until 2010, is the father of Isaac, while Javi Marroquin is Lincoln’s dad. Kailyn and Javi tied the knot in 2012, though their marriage wasn’t meant to be, and their divorce was finalized in 2016.

Following her split from Javi, Kailyn began dating Chris Lopez in 2016. The pair dated on-off until 2020, though welcomed both Lux and Creed throughout the course of their tumultuous relationship.

The father of Kailyn’s fifth, sixth and seventh children is her current boyfriend, Elijah.

Will Kailyn Lowry Have More Kids?

In November 2023, Kailyn said that she was done with having kids after the twins. “No more pregnancy, no more pregnancies, no more surprise pregnancies, unplanned pregnancies, pregnancy, surrogacy, none of it,” she insisted. “It’s all done. The chapter of motherhood will be closing as far [as] baby-making. But I’m excited for my kids.”

She added, “I’m excited to get my tubes cut out. Because I said this last time and I found out I was pregnant and I couldn’t.”

Kailyn also said in January 2024 that Elijah would be getting a vasectomy.
