Moving on! Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari debuted his relationship with girlfriend Brooke Irvine eight months after settling his divorce from the pop star.

The model, 30, took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 1, to share a carousel of photos featuring the real estate agent. In the first snap, Sam and Brooke both wore white as they stood under a palm tree and shared a kiss. Meanwhile, the second photo showed the couple in swimwear as they snuggled up on top of a tree overlooking clear water.

The third photo featured Sam and Brooke coordinating in black outfits on a night out, sharing a sweet hug. Sam looked lovingly at his girlfriend in this snap and in the next, which showed the pair cuddling up together in what appeared to be a vehicle. Finally, Sam and Brooke posed in front of a mirror for a selfie.

“Happy New Year to All,” the fitness trainer captioned his post.

Sam did not tag Brooke, who appears to keep a low profile, in any of the photos.

The two were first spotted together in West Hollywood in November 2024. An insider told Us Weekly at the time that Brooke and Sam had been in a relationship for a few months.

In August 2024, Sam told Us Weekly that he was focusing on his career instead of dating, joking that he was already “dating a very high-maintenance girl,” his dog.

“I have to get her nails done and take her to the dog park and feed her good food and get her really nice treats,” he said. “That is what I’m focused on at the moment.”

Sam’s relationship with Brooke is reportedly his first after his divorce from Britney, 43. The Hot Seat star filed for dissolution of marriage from the “Toxic” singer on August 16, 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He listed their date of separation as July 28, 2023.

On the same day of the divorce filing, a source exclusively told In Touch that Britney and Sam were headed for a split after 14 months of marriage.

“Britney wants out of her marriage. A divorce is in the works. Even though she’s pushed Sam to the brink with her erratic behavior, he would probably keep enduring it, but she’s adamant,” the insider shared. “She’s accused him of everything from spying on her, secretly recording her, cheating on her, talking to her family behind her back and other horrible things. She now thinks that Sam was always using her, that she was his meal ticket and that he never truly loved her.”

The former couple reached a settlement on May 2, 2024. Their agreement stated that neither party would receive spousal support in the future, according to court docs obtained by Associated Press. Future disputes will also need to be settled in private arbitration.

Britney was declared legally single on December 2, 2024, according to court documents obtained by TMZ at the time. Though the “Circus” hitmaker moved on with former housekeeper Paul Soliz following her divorce, the pair’s on-off romance reportedly ended in July 2024.
