Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith hashed out a divorce settlement which covers child support, acting residuals and the division of property, In Touch can exclusively report.

In Touch obtained the divorce settlement signed by Joshua, 46, and Jodie, 37, on March 3. Per the deal, Joshua and Jodie agreed that neither party will receive spousal support.

The duo did not agree on the date of separation. The agreement stated, “[Jodie] contends the parties separated on September 13, 2023. [Joshua] contends the parties separated on September 30, 2023.”

The exes, who share a daughter named Juno, agreed to share joint legal and physical custody. Jodie will walk away with all of her earnings before, during and after the marriage.

The agreement states the actress was awarded, “All of [her] earnings, accumulations and efforts prior to marriage, during marriage and post-separation.”

In addition, she will keep, “All cash and personal belongings, including, without limitation, clothing, jewelry, watches and other personal effects of [Jodie] in her possession and/or under her control.”

The deal states Jodie will keep all art, antiques, furniture and electronics in her possession. Jodie also will keep all of her bank accounts, investment accounts and retirement accounts and her SAG-AFTRA pension plan.

The actress was also awarded all interest in her businesses.

The agreement also states Jodie will receive, “All residuals, royalties, intellectual property stemming from [Jodie’s] films, filming, commercial and film-related projects, as well as from her modeling career.”

Further, she gets all professional equipment presently in her possession. Joshua will keep all earnings he made before, during and after the split.

He also keep his jewelry and watches. The Dawson’s Creek star will keep two homes in Los Angeles.

Joshua was awarded several bank, investment and retirement accounts, his businesses, all vehicles in his name and all insurance proceeds he is paid after losing his home in the recent LA wildfires.

He will also keep all residuals owed to him for his acting and commercial work. Joshua paid Jodie a one-time payment of $133,333 in March and will make another payment in the same amount this month.

Jodie “waives, discharges and releases [Joshua] from any and all claims and/or obligations related to the payment to [Jodie] of spousal support, alimony, or maintenance of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, temporary and permanent spousal support.“

Joshua will pay Jodie $2,787 per month in child support. However, the amount could change in the future.

“By April 15, 2025, and every year thereafter, the parties shall exchange their income and expense information for the prior calendar year along with supporting documentation in order for the parties or their representatives to calculate the appropriate amount of child support for the prior calendar year, the deal read.

“By July 1 of every year, if the parties have not reached an agreement of the appropriate calculation of child support for the prior calendar year, they shall enlist the help of Judge Hoy, as mediator, to resolve the issue of child support,” the agreement noted.

As In Touch first reported, the divorce battle became contentious quick.

Prior to the deal, Jodie previously accused Joshua of not paying a dime in support since their split.

“Josh promised to always support me and ensured me that I would not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he said he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother,” Jodie wrote in a previous declaration.

Jodie filed for divorce from Joshua in October 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
