Michael Jackson‘s ex Debbie Rowe looked strikingly different as she stepped out in California this week to run errands.
In photos shared by the Daily Mail on Monday, June 15, Rowe — who was married to the late megastar from 1996 to 1999 — looked barely recognizable during a rare outing in Palmdale.
Rowe, 67, was regularly in the spotlight during the late 1990s when she was because of her marriage to Jackson. The former couple share children Prince Jackson, 29, and Paris Jackson, 28.
On Monday, Rowe dressed casually in California, wearing a comical T-shirt that featured the slogan: “Horses make me feel less murder”. Rowe paired her top with a pair of cargo jeans as she entered a bank branch.
She also sported blonde and grey tresses and wore a watch on her left wrist.

The “Thriller” singer died in 2009 after suffering a cardiac arrest caused by “acute propofol intoxication,” and Rowe has since looked back on his passing with some regret.
“I should have done something and I didn’t, an emotional Rowe said while speaking on the Fox TV documentary TMZ Investigates: Who Really Killed Michael Jackson? “There is a number of people that died from addictions and in some way I was part of it.”
Despite being married to Jackson, Rowe acted as a surrogate to give birth to Prince and Paris.
In 2003, Rowe — who was medical assistant for Jackson’s late dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein — admitted that she wasn’t a hands-on parent.
“I did it for him to become a father, not for me to become a mother,” she told the Los Angeles Times, per NBC Miami.
“You earn the title parent. I have done absolutely nothing to earn that title,” she continued. “That is because Michael did all the parenting. I didn’t do it to be a mother. I didn’t change diapers. I didn’t get up in the middle of the night, even when I was there, Michael did it all.”
