The male adult entertainer suing Diddy for alleged sexual battery pleaded for his name to be kept hidden from the public over fears of potential threats, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the alleged victim argued that due to “the relentless and ongoing threats and duress exerted by” Diddy, “there exists a substantial risk of severe psychological and physical harm to [the alleged victim] should his name be exposed.”

His lawyer argued, “Plaintiff, a male sexual abuse victim, faces unique vulnerabilities such as significant stigma and misunderstanding. Publicly disclosing his identity could subject him to increased scrutiny and derogation, reinforced by stereotypes about male victimhood and masculinity.”

The alleged victim said he fears retaliation from the other alleged parties who witnessed the alleged sexual assaults.

“Permitting plaintiff to proceed under a pseudonym in this action would prevent those individuals from learning plaintiff’s true identity. This would provide plaintiff significant protection from being targeted by these powerful individuals and their associates. It would also provide plaintiff with a sense of relative safety in his home and daily surroundings,” his lawyer said.

Diddy

Back in February, the Las Vegas-based entertainer, using the pseudonym John Doe, sued Diddy, 55, and several of his companies.

In his complaint, John accused Diddy of having “exploited his power to sexually, physically and psychologically abuse” him “over more than five harrowing years.”

John, who said he aspired to be a musician, claimed Diddy’s actions caused his “life to spiral into a living nightmare.” The alleged victim claimed Diddy used the “false promises of career advancement as weapons, trapping [him] in a vortex of exploitation and fear.”

John said Diddy did not follow through on his promise. Instead, he claimed Diddy subjected him to a “relentless pattern of drugging, sexual assaults, death threats, clandestine recording, blackmail and psychological manipulation that far exceeded any bounds of consent or professionalism.”

The alleged victim accused Diddy of dehumanizing him and reducing him to a “mere object” for his own amusement and to “satisfy his own sexual fetishes.”

In the suit, John claimed Diddy’s company “facilitated” the mogul’s “calculated abuse” and “played a part in” Diddy’s “ruthless scheme to exploit” him.

John claimed he met Diddy in 2007 while working as one of the premiere entertainers in the Las Vegas adult entertainment scene when hired to strip at a hotel room.

He claimed Diddy hired him on multiple occasions after the first encounter. In the complaint, John claimed Diddy often asked him to apply baby oil to his skin during performances.

He said after he applied the baby oil, he often felt sleepy and disoriented, “and alarmed by the sensation of being trapped in his own body.”

The suit alleged, “While [John] was in this disoriented state, [Diddy] instructed him to perform acts that were outside the scope of the agreed-upon performance and limitations set [John] and his agency.” John accused Diddy of “surreptitiously recorded explicit videos of [John] being sexually violated while under the influence of the substances [Diddy] administered to him.”

The suit alleged, “[Diddy] weaponized these recordings to blackmail [John], thereby exacerbating [John’s] distress and trauma,” John’s lawyer alleged.

John demanded unspecified damages for the alleged sexual battery.

Diddy has yet to respond to the lawsuit in court.

A rep for Diddy told In Touch, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The entertainer has been locked up since his arrest on federal charges on September 16, 2024. Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Since his arrest, Diddy has been hit with several lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault over the years. Diddy has scored a couple victories in the civil lawsuits filed against him.

A federal judge tossed a lawsuit brought by a male prisoner, who accused Diddy of assault, and another woman dropped her case after being ordered to reveal her name.
