All of the fan-favorite couples from Lifetime’s Little Women returned for the Little Women: Couples Retreat spin-off where they’ll each go through intensive therapy in order to work on their relationships. In a clip from tonight’s episode exclusively provided to In Touch, relationship expert Hasani Pettiford leads the group in an exercise that is meant to free them from whatever is holding them back and it results in an extremely emotional moment between Little Women: NY stars David and Jazmin Lang.
“Here’s your opportunity to take ownership of your demons and to cast that thing out once and for all,” Hasani explained to the group. They each took turns yelling out the things that scare them the most, with Jazmin shouting out “losing my family” and David saying that he was afraid to “take on new challenges.”

“Hearing David yelling out his fear gave me goosebumps, I felt his vulnerability and that’s why I held his hand to let him know that even though you have to be vulnerable at this moment, I’m here for you,” Jazmin said in her confessional.
It looks like Jazmin and David really benefitted from their time together on Couples Retreat. The couple has been married for five years but they’ve been together for 10 years and it looks like the therapy was just what they needed to put their relationship back on track.
“Putting our marriage first! Making our foundation stronger so that we can have many more years of happiness,” Jazmin wrote in a caption of a photo of her and David that she shared on Instagram. “Doing a couples retreat for us was one of the best decisions we ever made.”
