Angus Cloud’s mom, Lisa Cloud, shut down several creditors’ claims and may inherit a nearly seven-figure sum from the late Euphoria star’s estate, In Touch can exclusively report.

In Touch obtained Lisa’s petition for distribution of Angus’ estate and to pay her attorneys.

Angus died on July 31, 2023, at the age of 25. Sources told TMZ the actor was grieving the loss of his father, who passed eight weeks before his death.

As In Touch previously reported, Lisa was appointed administrator of her son’s estate. In her report, Lisa explained the estate has assets with a total appraised value of $892,238.

The estate was hit with several creditors’ claims demanding money.

American Express filed a claim for $66,000. Lisa worked out a deal and resolved the claim by paying $33,000.

Other claims filed included one by J.P. Morgan Chase for $9,056 and another by Verizon Wireless over $4,282.

Both were rejected by the estate and the companies did not take any further action.

Angus’ former manager, Diomi Cordero, filed a claim demanding $94,000 in alleged unpaid commissions. Lisa said she rejected the claim and Diomi took no further action. The largest creditor claim was filed by a man named Jonathan Kim, who alleged he was owed $310,000 for work as Angus’ personal assistant.

“Despite [Jonathan’s] performance of services, Angus Cloud failed to compensate [Jonathan] for the services provided,” Jonathan claimed in court documents. Jonathan filed a separate lawsuit over the alleged breach of contract. The suit demanded $115,000 in damages.

Lisa demanded the suit be tossed.

Lisa’s lawyer argued, “Defendant alleges that any action or inaction by Defendant with respect to the allegations contained in the Complaint was lawful, justified and/or privileged.”

In addition, “Defendant alleges that the Complaint is barred in whole or in part because Plaintiff engaged in willful misconduct that precludes [Jonathan] from recovery of [Jonathan’s] alleged damages, if any.”

Lisa’s lawyer also argued, “[Jonathan] claims that [Lisa’s] deceased son employed [Jonathan] and there are unpaid wages. No employment relationship ever existed. To wit, [Jonathan], by and through his counsel, has been using the court process to extort a settlement in this matter. First, [Jonathan] attempted in probate court and failed. Now, [Jonathan] has brought this civil action.”

In her new filing, Lisa claimed Jonathan never showed up to his deposition and his lawyer attempted to drop him due to a “irreconcilable breakdown” in the attorney-client relationship.

Lisa said the allegations in the suit were “completely unfounded and without merit.”

She said the suit was dismissed in October 2024 without prejudice.

In her filing, she asked that the estate be closed due to her wrapping up all outstanding matters.

Lisa asked that her lawyers be paid $44,000 for their work on the estate and the rest of the money being paid out to her.

As In Touch previously reported, The Alameda County Coroner determined Angus’ cause of death as an accidental drug overdose.

The actor had methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine and benzodiazepines in his system.

Lisa spoke out about her son’s death stating, “It was predominantly the central nervous system depressants. It started to slow his heart and slow his breathing.”

She added, “He got tired from lack of oxygen. Everything just slowed down, and eventually his heart stopped and he went to sleep. But he didn’t kill himself.”
