Late 90 Day Fiancé star David Murphey‘s family has started to sell off his assets, including his longtime Las Vegas property, weeks after his tragic death, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, David’s sister, Robyn Polinsky, who was appointed to serve as the administrator of his estate, informed the court she was listing his home for sale.
According to real estate records obtained by In Touch, David owned the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1,535-square-foot home that he died in. His family listed the home for sale with the asking price of $299,000 on Wednesday, April 30.
In her filing, Robyn said the home will be put up for auction later this month, unless it sells beforehand, and will be sold to the highest bidder.
As In Touch previously reported, David died on December 11, 2024, at the age of 66.
After his death, Robyn filed a petition to be named administrator of his estate.
“[David] was a single, unmarried man, with no children, either living or deceased,” Robyn wrote. “He was predeceased by both of his parents.”

In her filing, she explained that David was survived by her and her sister, Cheryl Hastings. They had another sister named Linda Murphey but she passed away before David.
David did not leave behind a will. “Due inquiry and search have been made to ascertain if [David] left a Last Will and Testament, or some other instrument dispositive of his estate, but none has been found and, according to [Robyn’s] best knowledge, information, and belief, [David] died interstate.”
Robyn said the only beneficiaries of the estate were David’s two sisters. Per the filing, Robyn said David left behind real and personal property worth at least $300,000.
A couple of weeks after his death, Robyn said she discovered David owned a business in Montana.
She said David owned a 2023 Cornerstone 45-B motor vehicle which was used for the business.

Robyn told the court, “It is in the best interest of the estate, and it is necessary that the administrator have authority to continue the operation of such company and to have authority to access bank accounts, receive payments and pay bills, execute agreements, contracts and other legal documents on behalf of the company and to liquidate and dispose of the motor vehicle.”
According to David’s death certificate, obtained by In Touch, the reality star’s cause of death was determined to be cardiac arrhythmia and hypertensive cardiovascular disease.
The certificate revealed the businessman was cremated at a funeral home in Las Vegas. No autopsy was performed on his body, according to the document.
TMZ reported that the TLC star had been battling liver cancer for over a year.
David’s death was announced via a statement from his family.
The family said, “David was a veteran, small business owner, and software engineer. He had recently retired from the Clark County Treasurer’s office in Nevada, having also worked for H&R Block and IGT.”
They ended, “He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and fans. David has survived by his two sisters and his cat Gamera.”
David first appeared on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, where viewers met his Ukrainian girlfriend, Lana. His relationship with Lana eventually fizzled out.
