Kim Zolciak Claims Kroy Biermann Is Spying on Her From Inside Their Home Amid Bitter Divorce

Kim Zolciak alleged in a new court motion that estranged husband Kroy Biermann is spying on her within the marital house they still share amid their bitter divorce.

The former Bravolebrity, 46, made the claim in paperwork filed on October 9, which was viewed by TMZ. The site also reported on Thursday, October 17, that Kim asked a judge to “order Kroy to return her personal possessions.”

While the motions are sealed, a source told the site that Kim is alleging in one incident that Kroy, 38, “passed out in her closet after spying on her.”

The former couple are continuing to live together in their marital home — which they are trying to sell — amid their divorce. Kroy has the master bedroom while only Kim is allowed in the basement. TMZ reported that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star claimed Kroy went into her personal space when she wasn’t home and secretly took out the security cameras she had installed to stop him from going into her area of the house.

Sources told the outlet that Kim isn’t trying to get Kroy booted from their house, but wants him to return her personal possessions, so she’s getting the court involved. The new motion would also prevent the former Atlanta Falcons player from taking any of Kim’s personal items going forward.

The latest drama comes after Kim called the cops in May, claiming Kroy stole her phone.

In bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, the Salty K swimwear founder explained to responding officers that a court order states that Kroy is allowed at their marital home, though he must remain in his portion of the property. She then complained that she was sick of Kroy going through her things amid their divorce, while alleging that he took her phone.

“He broke into my apartment downstairs, which has been happening frequently. I have a court order that [states] he’s not allowed down there,” Kim told an officer in the video footage. “He has my phone.”

She continued, “I need my phone. He’s going through all my personal stuff and I’m going through this horrible divorce.”

“Obviously, we’ve dealt with this before,” Kim huffed. “This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”

Kroy refused to speak to the officers but denied that he took Kim’s phone. Authorities weren’t able to do anything about the situation after Kim couldn’t produce the court documents stating where Kroy was not allowed in the home.

After the incident, the former couple was given a “closet schedule” by the court according to documents obtained by Page Six in June.

Kim, was given access to the closet “Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.” and Kroy was not allowed to “enter the space.” The court documents also stated that neither Kim or Kroy were allowed to “sell, consign, dispose of, trade or otherwise encumber any item.” However, Kim was given permission to “access her personal effects” but she cannot “sell, trade, dispose of or remove them” from the Georgia mansion.

Kim and Kroy both filed for divorce in May 2023, although she withdrew her petition in July of that year, and the pair seemed to be giving their nearly 12-year marriage another shot. The former NFL player filed for divorce again in August 2023.

Ever since, the pair have called the police on each other on several occasions.

In November 2023, In Touch obtained a police report revealing that police had been called to the house by one of Kroy and Kim’s children due to a “domestic verbal disturbance.” The bodycam footage showed Kroy accusing Kim of “f–king other men,” and Kim told the officers that Kroy had been “screaming” at her for “two hours like a crazy person.”

“It’s nothing but an act. It’s all bulls–t. Everything she does,” Kroy said. “There’s no money, there’s no house. We’re getting divorced one day and not the next.”

Kim responded to his claims the following month, telling Celebuzz, “The comments made in the body cam footage from Kroy who is obviously enraged are untrue. I vehemently deny any allegation that I have been unfaithful to Kroy at any point in our 12-year marriage.”
