Kanye West is set to perform a series of concerts in South Korea after spending time in Spain with his wife, Bianca Censori, weeks after his latest attack on the Jewish community, In Touch can exclusively report.

Ye’s lawyer, Eduardo Martorell, revealed the show details as part of the rapper’s legal battle with a man named Benjamin Provo.

In February, Ye, 47, and Bianca, 30, were rumored to have split. TMZ reported the duo were headed for divorce. A rep for Ye denied the claims.

Last month, TMZ posted video of the couple at dinner in Spain, the first sighting of them together in weeks.

In an email, dated May 1, written by Ye’s lawyer and obtained by In Touch, Eduardo revealed Ye is still in Spain.

He said his client “then has concerts in South Korea towards the end of the month.”

In a separate email, Eduardo confirmed Bianca was in Spain as well.

As In Touch previously reported, Benjamin sued Ye in April 2024 for alleged discrimination and wrongful termination.

In his suit, Benjamin alleged he was hired to work as a security guard at Ye’s Donda Academy in 2021.

He said he was given additional duties at Ye’s Sunday Service and at a warehouse where the entertainer stored his fashion line.

Benjamin said, “He noticed a stark difference in how Ye treated “[Benjamin] and other black employees, in relation to his non-Black counterparts.”

The suit alleged, “While Kanye was polite and attentive to his non-Black counterparts, Kanye was always abrupt, abrasive and demeaning of [Benjamin] and his Black counterparts.”

The lawsuit claimed Ye demanded Benjamin cut off his dreadlocks, which he said he wears because of his Muslim faith.

He claimed Ye and others pressured him to cut off his hair. He said he refused and was terminated as a result. Ye and his company denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

A lawyer for Ye argued, “The alleged conduct of Defendants was at all times undertaken in the good-faith exercise of a legitimate business purpose.”

Ye’s attorney said, “Defendants are informed and believe, and based on such information and belief allege that Defendants were justified in doing any and/or all of the acts alleged in the Complaint.”

As In Touch first reported, as part of the court battle, the judge presiding over the case ordered Ye to be deposed.

In the recent filing by Ye’s lawyer, he revealed Bianca will also be deposed.

The attorney, who is representing Ye and Bianca, said Bianca was scheduled to be deposed on May 1 but it did not go forward “due to the time difference with her current location in Spain.”

Bianca’s lawyer made it clear that she did not want to be called back for a second deposition.

The lawyer said Bianca and Ye would not be available after May 20 due to “scheduled performances by Ye.”

Per the filing, obtained by In Touch, the parties also agreed Ye would be deposed on May 20.

He noted Benjamin’s team refused to agree to a protective order. Eduardo noted he felt it was necessary, “given my client’s unique notoriety and that video of the last deposition he sat for ended up on a television show distributed by A&E.”

The case is ongoing.

Back in February, Ye posted a series of offensive remarks about the Jewish community. He wrote, “I Love Hitler” and “I’m a Nazi” on his X account.

He added, “I’m never apologizing for my Jewish comments. I can say whatever the f–k I wanna say forever. Where’s my f–king apology for freezing my accounts.” The entertainer has kept a somewhat low profile in the months since his attacks.
