Justin Baldoni submitted alleged death threats, one from a Blake Lively supporter, as evidence in court as their legal battles heats up, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, as part of Justin’s lawsuit against The New York Times, the It Ends With Us director revealed two alleged threats his team received.

One of the alleged death threats was an email sent to Justin’s publicist.

The email read, “I have more knowledge than you do about Hollywood; knowing the dirty secrets of ‘many’ directors and influential people up to the White House … because I am clothed in black.”

The email continued, “Some of the directors may know what that means. Before you go attacking good people like Blake Lively be sure of this: There are no secrets those of us clothed in the darkest black of night do now know.”

“Do NOT play with Blake Lively. TIME is OURS … as is the NIGHT,” the message continued.

The author ended, “We work in ways you will never perceive.” Another message read, “There are guillotines in hell for all of you …”

As In Touch previously reported, Justin, 40, sued The New York Times claiming the outlet worked with Blake, 37, to publish a one-sided article. The article was based on Blake’s complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department.

The actress accused Justin and his producing partner Jamey Heath of sexual harassment on the set of It Ends With Us. Blake said Justin spoke about sex, improvised unwanted kissing scenes, came into her trailer uninvited while she was breastfeeding and called her personal trainer behind her back among various other complaints.

She also accused Jamey of showing her a video of his wife naked. Blake said she made a list of demands that she required Justin and Jamey to follow before she would resume filming the movie.

In her lawsuit, she claimed Justin then hired a crisis PR team to smear her in retaliation for her complaints.

She sued Justin and Jamey seeking unspecified damages. Justin and Jamey denied Blake’s claims.

Justin denied he entered her trailer uninvited and submitted an alleged text that showed her inviting him in while she was breastfeeding.

The director claimed Blake turned down an offer to meet with an intimacy coordinator before production started and claimed his call to the personal trainer was about a scene in the film.

Jamey claimed the video he showed Blake was of his wife giving birth. He claimed they were shooting a birthing scene in the film.

Justin’s lawyer said, “[Justin] consistently acted at the direction of the intimacy coordinator. These baseless accusations do not constitute sexual harassment.” Justin also denied he hired a crisis PR firm to smear Blake.

He accused her of smearing him by working with The New York Times to publish the one-sided article. In his suit, Justin’s lawyer wrote, “Alongside the Times, [Blake] orchestrated a malicious attack on the reputations, careers, and personal lives of [Justin, Jamey and their company], subjecting them to public humiliation, threats, and vitriol.”

In his lawsuit against The New York Times, Justin’s lawyer said, “If the Times truly reviewed the thousands of private communications it claimed to have obtained, its reporters would have seen incontrovertible evidence that it was [Blake], not [Justin, Jamey and others], who engaged in a calculated smear campaign.”

A spokesperson for The New York Times said, “Our story was meticulously and responsibly reported.”

The spokesperson said reporters had reviewed “thousands of pages of original documents, including the text messages and email that we quote accurately and at length in the article.”

In his complaint, Justin accused Blake of seizing control of It Ends With Us after shooting wrapped.

He claims she fired the editors and hired her own team. Justin said Blake demanded Sony release her edit instead of Justin’s cut despite his testing higher with test audiences.

Justin and Jamey also accused Blake of unjustly demanding a producer credit and mark on the film. Justin has yet to respond to Blake’s federal lawsuit.

His lawyer said the director planned to file his own suit against Blake in the near future.
