Jim Bob Duggar purchased a $1,000,000 home in Arkansas, In Touch has exclusively confirmed, and it’s believed to be for his daughter-in-law Anna Duggar (née Keller).

The Counting On alum, 59, acquired the 6,318-square-foot Fayetteville, Arkansas home through Shiloh Warehouse Space LLC, where he is listed as an officer. The property, built in 2008 and set on a sprawling 10-acre lot, features six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and offers luxurious touches such as walk-in closets and a whirlpool bathtub.

Although it’s unclear who will ultimately live in the home, fan account Duggar Family News was first to report on Tuesday, April 22, that Josh Duggar‘s wife and their seven children are seemingly set to move in.

“No more dorm living at her in-laws’ compound. This house was bought last week and is minutes from Jim Bob and Michelle. I guess Jim Bob bought this property with some of the millions from his Walmart real estate deal,” the account alleged. “Josh will not be allowed to live with the kids when is released.”

In Touch previously reported that Jim Bob scored big after a Walmart store purchased more than 16 acres of land in Tontitown, Arkansas, from Warehouse Space LLC, a selling subsidiary led by Jim Bob and his wife, Michelle Duggar.

“Walmart paid $4.7 million for slightly more than 16 acres on West Henri De Tonti Road, lots the Duggars had acquired for $600,000,” the report read. “The land is adjacent to Champions Motorcars, which is owned by the Duggars.”

Anna, 36, and her seven children — sons Michael, 13, Marcus, 11, and Mason, 7, along with daughters Mackynzie, 15, Meredith, 9, Maryella, 5 and Madyson, 3, whom she shares with Josh, 37 — have been living with his parents since the dad of seven was imprisoned in 2021 on child pornography charges.

Josh was sentenced to 151 months — roughly 12.5 years — after being found guilty of one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography following a nine-day trial. The latter charge was dropped during Josh’s sentencing in May 2022.

Josh was originally scheduled to be released on August 12, 2032, but his sentence was extended to October 2, 2032, after it was allegedly discovered that he possessed a cellphone and he was transferred to the facility’s Special Housing Unit (SHU) in March 2023.

Following Josh’s incarceration, Anna was considering relocating to Texas to be closer to her husband as he served his sentence at the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) in Seagoville, Texas. However, a source told In Touch in October 2022 that Josh was against the idea, fearing it would “influence” her to “leave him.”

“The problem is that Josh doesn’t want Anna and their kids moving away from his family,” the source shared. “He thinks it will create too much of a disconnection for her and his kids.”

The mother of seven is not often seen in public, but earlier this month, she and her children appeared in a rare family photo shared by her sister-in-law Nurie Keller, who is married to her younger brother, Nathan Keller.

In addition to taking care of her seven children, Anna entered the dog breeding business and incorporated a business called Golden Grove Pups, LLC. She made it official by filing paperwork in May 2024 with the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office.
