‘Jersey Shore’ Fans Think Young Vinny Guadagnino Looks Just Like This Emmy-Winning Star
Vinny Guadagnino throwback photo from ‘Jersey Shore’ is going viral on Reddit, with fans comparing the MTV star to Dan Levy and debating his early show persona.
Jersey Shore fans are taking a trip down memory lane after an old photo of Vinny Guadagnino resurfaced online, and it’s sparking plenty of reactions.
A Reddit user recently shared a years-old selfie of the MTV star, 38, while discussing one of his more memorable personality traits from the show.
“I was laughing at how meticulous and picky Vinny was,” the fan wrote, referring to his well-known attention to detail during his Jersey Shore days.
The throwback photo, believed to be from the early 2010s, shows a much younger Vinny sporting thick-rimmed glasses, a full beard, and his signature voluminous hairstyle.
“Not Vinny with the Pauly D blowout,” one commenter joked.
“I love that he’s so incredibly boring he has to bitch about a haircut to have some sort of storyline,” another quipped.
While the Staten Island native looks noticeably younger than he does today, fans noticed he resembled another celebrity: Dan Levy.

“Why is he kinda giving David Rose,” said one commenter.
“He is,” another agreed. “Dan Levy is hilarious.”
Still, others said Vinny resembled internet personalities like Jeff Wittek and Hasan Piker.
The resurfaced image also reminded longtime viewers of Vinny’s early Jersey Shore persona. Throughout the original series, he was often portrayed as one of the more organized and particular roommates, whether it came to keeping things clean, choosing where he slept or sticking to his routines.
More than 15 years after Jersey Shore premiered, fans continue to revisit old photos, clips and moments from the series across social media, with Reddit and TikTok regularly resurfacing forgotten gems from the MTV phenomenon.
For many viewers, Vinny’s old selfie was another reminder of just how much the cast has changed and how easy it is to revisit the reality TV era that made them household names.
