Hayden Panettiere’s Neighbor Claims She Saw Her Taken Away on a Gurney Twice

Hayden Panettiere’s former neighbor is sharing new details about the actress’ tumultuous relationship with Brian Hickerson, claiming she saw Panettiere taken from her Los Angeles apartment on a gurney on two occasions.

Mia Terrazas, who still lives in the West Hollywood complex where Panettiere previously lived, spoke exclusively with Page Six about the incidents, which she says occurred in July 2023 and January 2024. The outlet said it reviewed evidence that appeared to corroborate the dates.

Terrazas claimed Panettiere appeared to have visible injuries both times, including what she described as red spots and bruises. She also said Hickerson was with Panettiere and appeared “glued to” her.

“It appeared that she had been beaten up,” Terrazas told the outlet, while acknowledging that she did not know exactly what had happened.

The neighbor previously spoke about her concerns surrounding Hickerson, telling Inside Edition that she called 911 multiple times over disturbances at the apartment. She also claimed Panettiere appeared frightened.

Panettiere and Hickerson had a yearslong, on-and-off relationship that included domestic violence allegations and Hickerson’s 2021 felony conviction. He was sentenced to jail and probation and was subject to a five-year protective order.

Hickerson’s attorney declined to comment to Page Six about Terrazas’ latest claims.

Panettiere died August 16 at age 36 after being found unresponsive at a South Carolina Airbnb while Hickerson and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were present. Her official cause of death has not been announced, and the investigation remains ongoing. Authorities have said there were no signs of foul play, with toxicology results still pending.
