The Too Hot to Handle alum, 28, revealed on the Tuesday, March 3, episode of his Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey podcast that he decided to get Botox in his penis.
During his conversation with guest Lisa Vanderpump, the former reality dating show contestant — who is also known for his online presence on Snapchat and OnlyFans — confessed to getting “a whole vile” of the cosmetic injectable in his private parts.
When the Vanderpump Rules star, 65, asked him why he would do such a thing, Jowsey explained, “One of my friends did it. He got stem cells and Botox and calcium.”
Jowsey claimed that Botox “relaxes the muscle” in a man’s member, and his is “very smooth now, which is good.”
The former Dancing with the Stars contestant said that men can also get Botox in their “balls [because] it smooths out the wrinkles,” but confessed that he stayed clear of his cojones.

“Why would you care if your balls are wrinkled?” Vanderpump asked, to which Jowsey replied: “I’m not doing it on my balls. My balls are doing their thing.”
He also told Vanderpump that “women could get [Botox] in their…hoo-ha,” explaining, “Apparently, it makes things a little easier to get the job done.”
“I don’t need any help in that department,” she said. “My husband [Ken Todd] knows what he’s doing. We’re good.”
According to LaterzaMD Aesthetic Center, which offers Penile Botox, the non-surgical procedure is “designed to increase the length and girth of the flaccid penis. Utilizing Botox, this treatment helps the penis remain at full length and reduces size loss due to shrinkage caused by the Hyperactive Penile Retraction Reflex.”
“In addition to its primary benefits,” the website added, “Penile Botox has also been shown to improve erectile quality, decrease premature ejaculation, and boost confidence.”
