Gypsy Rose Blanchard is having a mommy’s night out! She enjoyed her first romantic evening with her boyfriend, Ken Urker, after giving birth to baby No. 1.

“First date night after having our baby @kenurker,” she captioned a photo of the Sunday, January 26, outing via Instagram, adding a heart emoji. In the snap, Gypsy, 33, wore a chic black-and-white striped two-piece tank top and skirt set, while Ken, 31, looked classic in a black collared shirt.

Gypsy’s baby girl, Aurora, was not seen in the date night photos. The mom of 1 previously told fans that they wouldn’t see any snaps of her daughter online.

“To everyone asking, no, I will not be posting pictures of Aurora,” Gypsy wrote via her Instagram Stories on January 5. “I understand everyone’s excitement and we appreciate the support, but we value the privacy and safety of our daughter. We continue to express love towards our supporters and thank you for following our journey.”

Gypsy and Ken welcomed their daughter Aurora on December 28, 2024, confirming the news to TMZ on January 1. The My Time to Stand author gave birth to Aurora on the one-year anniversary of her early release from prison on parole.

“Aurora is healthy and we are so happy,” Ken told the publication.

Gypsy, who rekindled her relationship with former fiancé Ken after her March 2024 split from husband, Ryan Anderson, announced in July 2024 that she was expecting her first child. Gypsy and Ryan’s divorce was later finalized in December 2024.

“I’m happy to announce that I am 11 weeks pregnant. Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January of 2025,” the Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star said in a YouTube video at the time. “We’re both very excited. This was not planned at all. It was completely unexpected.”

The reality TV star shared many intimate details of her pregnancy with fans, including the moment she felt her baby’s first movements and the gender reveal.

“The moment y’all have been waiting for… It’s a girl!” Gypsy wrote alongside a video clip of herself and Ken standing next to one another as pink confetti rained down. “Ken and I are over the moon and are so excited to start our family. We’re so thankful for our friends, neighbors, and families who came to our party today! We also want [to] thank ya’ll for your love and support!”

Months later, Gypsy took a step back from her online presence as her due date drew nearer, explaining in November 2024 that she no longer wanted to post her personal life online.

“I will no longer be posting personal content on this public platform,” she wrote on TikTok. “Since I was released, I have shared with supporters my hardships and achievements through the lens of social media. However, I find myself at a crossroads that leads me to desire a more private life sharing with only family and close friends these special moments.”

The Lifetime star thanked fans for their support but said she would be creating private social media accounts for close friends and family only.

“This decision was made with consideration to the well-being of my own mental health as well as the overall wellbeing of my family and daughter,” she concluded. “We are all doing very well and are in good spirits, excited for our futures moving forward. Thank you.”
