It’s been a good year for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton!
The couple performed their duet “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” on NBC’s The Voice yesterday — and received word that their song topped the iTunes charts.
The No Doubt singer posted an Instagram pic showing that the song, which is on Blake's new album, If I'm Honest, hit No. 3 on the country charts and No. 23 overall.
