Elizabeth Hurley has been celebrating the approach of her 60th birthday in style as she continues to prove that age is just a number. A source exclusively tells In Touch that she’s mapping out a ton of exciting plans for her advanced years with the support of famous friends and her devoted son, Damian Charles Hurley.

“Liz feels as good as she looks, and she looks like a million bucks,” the insider says. “Her photos that she posts are not at all filtered. She really looks that incredible face-to-face.”

The source adds that Liz, who will turn 60 years old on June 10, “puts a huge amount of work into maintaining her body and face” and “her nutrition is very dialed in.”

“She’s on all sorts of supplements and even peptides. She has a trainer, and she has a top-notch plastic surgeon, so she just looks half her age but not at all plastic,” the insider continues. “She’s very mysterious about any help she might be getting, but she hardly has any lines, so it’s assumed she’s had some help.”

No matter what the secret is to Liz’s ageless beauty, the source says Liz “looks fantastic and is still living like she’s in her 30s.”

“She’s got A-list friends all over the world and is still super connected. Elton John and David Furnish are two of her best friends, so she’s planning to spend time with them at their place this summer,” the insider adds.

And, of course, there’s her blossoming romance with Billy Ray Cyrus, which she debuted on Easter with a photo of the country star, 63, kissing her on the cheek.

“She’s very private about her love life, but it’s no secret she is having fun with Billy Ray and a whole lot more men pursuing her,” In Touch’s source concludes. “She says she’s living her best life and has no qualms about turning 60.”

People confirmed on April 21 that Billy Ray and Liz were dating.

“Liz is great and visited him for Easter. They’ve been seeing each other romantically for a little bit,” said the source. “And how lucky is he? Liz is lovely. She’s very warm, positive and the best to be around.”

According to the outlet, the pair met while filming the 2022 holiday movie Christmas in Paradise on the Caribbean island of Nevis.

“They had a great time shooting that movie together — it was beautiful and relaxed, and it really stuck with him,” an insider told the publication.

Billy Ray later revealed on “The Ty Bentli Show” that Liz texted him amid his 2024 divorce from Firerose to say, “Hey, it looks like life might be a little bit tough and just wanted you to know I’m in your corner; you’ve got a friend in your corner.”

Describing the model as a “great human being,” Billy Ray said, “If all we ever were [is] the friends that we are, I would take that. She’s so impressively brilliant. She reminds me a lot of Dolly Parton. She’s a very smart businesswoman. If you can laugh together, you can make it through everything.”

Meanwhile, Liz told RTL TV at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s 2025 Hot Pink Party on May 13, “We are very happy, we both love country music, we both love the country, and we both love our kids. We’re happy together.”
