Fans watched Sami Sheen’s nose job reveal on Denise Richards & Her Wild Things following her August 2024 surgery, and she couldn’t hold back the tears while looking at her transformed reflection in the mirror.

“I’m just so nervous,” Sami, 21, told her mom, Denise Richards, during the Tuesday, March 18, episode while heading to her check-up appointment. “What if it’s too skinny, I don’t know. I hope he did the right amount.”

While weighing the pros and cons of her new nose, Sami shared with her mom that the results would “change [her] whole life.” Unlike her previous boob job, which she deemed as a want rather than a “need.”

Denise, 54, was taken aback by her daughter’s confession and expressed how much she “loved” Sami’s birth-given nose.

When the mother-daughter duo were in the doctor’s office, Sami asked Denise to take a look at her nose first so that she could give the thumbs up or thumbs down on the results. After the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum gushed that the work looked “amazing,” Sami took a look for herself and started crying.

“I’ve wanted this for so long. Oh, my God, it looks so good. This is how I’d FaceTune it. I can’t believe it’s real life now,” Sami said. “I feel so pretty now. Now I feel like I can finally get my headshots done to start modeling. This was the one thing holding me back. … Now I got a good nose.”

The OnlyFans content creator took her fans along her plastic surgery journey via TikTok on August 13, 2024, and shared why the procedure was important to her.

“I’ve wanted a nose job for the past five years. I would have to photoshop every single photo I took because it photographed horribly,” Sami wrote, noting that she disliked how her nose was “droopy” and “too big.”

The influencer also gushed about how “amazing” Los Angeles-based plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar performed during the procedure, but she felt “extremely nauseous from the anesthesia and pain meds.”

The following day, Sami shared a lengthy post-op update.

“OK, it’s day three recovering from my nose job, which is still so f–king crazy to say. I cannot believe I finally got one, but I’m gonna show you guys what I have to do five times a day,” she said via TikTok. “The first thing is I have to shove this ointment in my nostrils, and I can’t like dig in there so you’re supposed to just put it right here and they said to kind of do a lot,” she said while applying the medication. “ I hate this stuff. You know what? No, I need to change my mindset. I love this ointment so much and it’s making my nose heal way faster and it’s all a mental game. I think 90 percent of this is mental.”

Prior to her nose job, Sami got a breast augmentation in November 2023. Denise wasn’t on board with Sami’s decision and attempted to “talk her out of it” while she was in the process of getting her own implants removed.

“The reason why I’m getting them out, is I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19,” the Starship Troopers actress told Bustle at the time. “And it’s not an easy surgery. It’s painful!”
