Cole DeBoer Went Into Papa Bear Mode and Saved Aubree From the ‘Teen Mom 2’ Reunion Drama

Even though there were two whole episodes dedicated to all of the drama that went on backstage behind the previous Teen Mom 2 reunion, there was a lot of footage that fans didn't get to see. Viewers were definitely missing Chelsea Houska and her family from this week's episode, but Chelsea took to Twitter after the show to reveal details about a very important scene featuring her and her husband Cole DeBoer, who went into papa bear mode after his stepdaughter Aubree Lind-DeBoer got caught up in all of the commotion caused by Jenelle Evans.

"Episode fact: they also didn’t include Cole busting through allllll [sic] those people in the hallway in last night's episode to get to Aubree who was on the other side, separated from us," she wrote. "Cole never gets mad…and you would’ve seen him M A D [sic]."

The scene that Chelsea described was when Jenelle and her husband David Eason got into a fight with her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith, his mother Doris, his current girlfriend Ashley Lanhardt, and her own mother Barbara Evans. Jenelle was apparently upset because she saw Ashley hug her mother Barbara, and Jenelle got into a screaming match with Nathan, Ashley and Doris in the middle of the hallway with security guards, producers, and the camera crew and then David confronted Nathan in his dressing room.

While Cole is not Aubree's biological father — Chelsea shares Aubree with her ex-boyfriend Adam Lind — he reacted quickly like any protective dad would and swooped in to save the eight-year-old from all of the commotion between the adults. Thank goodness he did because once David arrived, it seemed like things between him and Nathan could have gotten physical.

But unfortunately, little Aubree wasn't the only child who got stuck in the middle of all of that mess — Jenelle's three-year-old son Kaiser, whom she shares with Nathan, was also caught in between his mom and dad. Chelsea's dad Randy Houska revealed on Twitter that while Cole went off to rescue Aubree, Chelsea's motherly instincts kicked in and she swooped in to pick up Kaiser. "Somewhere in the middle of that, [Chelsea] ran in the middle of the trainwreck and grabbed Kaiser and took him to their room for a while," Randy wrote. "Wish MTV woulda [sic] showed that."
