Cardi B’s Husband Offset Begs For Forgiveness In Video Plea: ‘I’m Sorry For What I’ve Done’

Is it too late now to say sorry? Cardi B‘s husband, Migos rapper Offset, has officially been in the doghouse ever since his wife announced that the couple was separating and heading for a divorce last week. But it looks like Offset is not giving up on their relationship and marriage just yet. On his birthday, Friday, Dec. 14, Offset took to Instagram to share an emotional video clip where he publicly apologized to Cardi for everything he’s put her through amid all of his cheating allegations, and he begged his wife for forgiveness.

“I only got one birthday wish and that’s to get my wife back, Cardi, you know what I’m saying? We’re going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you Cardi,” the 27-year-old said into the camera. “You know, I embarrassed you, I made you look crazy, doing things I ain’t had no business in, I was partaking in activities I shouldn’t have been partaking in. And I apologize [for] breaking your heart, breaking our promise, breaking God’s promise and being a selfish, messed up husband. You know what I’m saying?”

“I’m trying to be a better person, I want to get this off my shoulders, I want to get this off my back,” Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, continued. “I apologize to you Cardi, I love you and Kulture, I want to spend Christmas with you. I want to be able to spend the rest of my life with you. I apologize, I’m sorry for what I’ve done to you. I didn’t f–k that girl, but I was entertaining it. You know what I’m saying? I apologize and I love you. I hope you forgive me. My birthday wish is just to have you back.”
